Weight Loss - JJ Rinne

Though there are a lot of common factors that one must do for weight loss, how those factors are achieved and how to address different issues that arise is a very individual journey. You must be in a caloric deficit. In other words, you must burn more calories than you consume. However, there are many factors that can affect where that point is a how it changes throughout the process. For example, many tactics for weight loss do not spare muscle tissue. Muscle is very metabolically active, especially as opposed to fat, and the loss of muscle tissue results in a lower metabolic rate. Therefore, after a short period of weight loss, you tend to stall out because your body can sustain its current condition now with much fewer calories.

Each weight loss tactic, whether it be intermittent fasting, low carb dieting, keto, simple calorie restriction, carb cycling, low fat dieting or whatever you choose, we'll have products that best support that tactic.
